It's My Birthday!

My family and I celebrated my birthday at my first grade classroom's PTA program. We had fun and then went to Braum's for icecream afterward. I guess when you get 'old' that is how you celebrate birthdays! :) I had a fun day and lots of fun presents from my family. They bought me a great camera and I now have the pressure of producing professional pictures for our blog.

Flat Luke came to visit!

Flat Stanley, aka Flat Luke, came to visit us via Luke Nichols. He had a great time with Rich flying over the skies of Texas in his new T-6 airplane. He also got to visit my first grade class at Fowler Elementary school. We love Flat Luke at our house.

MSU Teacher Work Sample Fair

This was a poster presentation of my teacher work sample at Midwestern State University. It was my last big project before I graduate in May. I am so glad it is over. What you cannot see from the picture is that my foot is in a cast and I had to stand up all day!
