I just needed to know...

if she was really my kid. Katie called me yesterday and told me that she just had to open the blinds first thing in the morning because "she didn't live in a cave" and she had to close them at night "because she did not live in a fish bowl". She also told me that when she went to the mall she bought clothes, "that no kidding mom, you would actually wear them! And they are cute!!" Yep, I brought home the right kid from the hospital. I guess with all that love of pink and High School Musical, their could have been some confusion, but now I know for sure she is mine. Now, if I can just get her to clean her room...

Happy Anniversary!

I am the luckiest girl in the whole world! Twenty years ago I married my best friend and he is still my best friend today! We had so much fun yesterday. We should celebrate twenty year anniversaries every year!!

Grandpa Nichols and his grandkids

This is Grandpa Nichols with all of his grandkids except Ciara and Tyler. They are standing in front of the sign in Midway, Utah. In order are Grandpa Nichols, Luke, Max, Michala, Kelly, Scott, Megan, Shane, Karen, Katie, Kristine, Jason, Rachel, and Matt. We had a fantastic time together and enjoyed each others company.

My very own Air Force plane!!

The Air Force gave Rich his very own plane and put his name on it!

How great is that!! It is a brand new (only flown 7 hours) T-6 jet plane. We had to take pictures before they took it out and got it dirty.

Rich will be known forever now to all the new pilots who fly his plane. What a great day and a great airplane! :)
