A Fond Farewell...
to the 'Mighty Tweet'. The T-37 (aka: the tweet) has been flying students for about 56 yrs. It is being replaced by the T-6. The official retirement ceremony is next week. Today was Flyboys last flight in this airplane. Memorable day for us. He has spent several thousand hours in this lovely airplane. No airconditioning (it was 109 degrees today), students trying to kill him daily, and lugging a parachute on his back. Where do I sign up?
